Andy started his career as a trainer, with a consulting firm that taught people how to use software programs. Programs like the IBM Displaywrite, Lotus 123, WordPerfect, and database programs. Early on he realized that he enjoyed teaching people. "I knew that my career and my life would evolve around teaching people
As Andy "grew" in his career, he focused on what they call "building" his resume. He accepted management jobs in companies, prestigious non-profit groups, and start-up companies. In all of his positions, he taught the people he worked with a wide variety of things. He expanded on his role of a manager by sharing his knowledge and experiences.
